For a kid who learned “gurgle” his very first try you’d think he’d have no problem with “up” or “gimme” or “oh please let me have my way.” Instead he has a new sound that pretty much encapsulates all three.
For size comparisons here’s Zane in the swing over the past year or so: Dec ’07, Jan ’08, Feb ’08, Sep ’08. Each time we swing I try to teach him how to lean forward and then backwards to power it himself. Most of the time he totally ignores me, but last night he laughed instead. Progress?
